Sithani(சித்தணி(Tamil) in local language) is a village located in the Viluppuram district of Tamil Nadu, India. It is one of the village panchayats in Viluppuram district. A notable landmark in the village is a well-known Iyyanarappan temple is located on Aerikkarai Street, It reflecting its cultural and religious heritage. Geographically, Sithani is situated approximately 19 kilometers north of the district headquarters, Viluppuram, and about 9 kilometers from taluk headquarters, Mailam.
